Volt certainly are a sound rock and roll trio from Chemnitz, Germany, made up of vocalist/guitarist Andre, bassist Nico, and drummer Boris. Descended from sound rock pioneers just like the Jesus Lizard, Helmet, as well as the Melvins, Volt documented a set of EPs in 2005 before unleashing their debut full-length, Rorhat, through Exile on Mainstream Information in 2006.
