Valerie Brown

Multi-instrumentalist Valerie Dark brown mainly targets singing, playing classical guitar and keyboards nowadays, but originally began like a flutist and piccolo participant (hailing from Pocatello, Idaho Town). After shedding from a Portland university through the early ’70s, Dark brown joined an area group known as Moonstone, that she served like a vocalist, guitarist, flutist, and percussionist. The music group enjoyed some local success, before Dark brown left to create a three component vocal tranquility group, Betty Romaine. 1999 noticed the discharge of Brown’s solo debut on Louie Information, Uneasy Sleep, while she’s also added to recordings by additional performers – J. Michael Kersey’s Collection for the Columbia Gorge, R. Moore’s Nowhatnow, People’s Choice’s Switch Me Loose, and Dave Storrs & the Shade Sharks’ Ten Tales.
