An employee engineer at Atlantic Information for more than 25 years, Dowd’s exploits with respect to R&B, spirit and rock organizations are popular, but he also engineered several jazz times by Ornette Coleman, Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, the present day Jazz Quartet and Ray Charles, amongst others.
