The Seymores

The Seymores certainly are a Richmond, VA, quartet that includes David Fera (vocals/rhythm guitar), Joe Nio (business lead guitar/backing vocals), Stephen Pletch (drums), and Tony Ammendolia (bass). Three from the four associates originally came jointly while their studies at university in Virginia, if they decided to type an alterna-rock music group. Personnel adjustments ensued, and the brand new music group originally passed the name Flounder. They shortly transformed their name towards the Seymores (a trainer brand within the ’70s) and agreed upon to the Vernon Lawn label. Their debut full-length, Piedmont, premiered in 1995, as well as the music group gained over David Lowery (from the music group Cracker) being a enthusiast. They documented a mini-album for Lowery’s Pitch a Tent label, 1000 Lb. Grr’la, and he agreed upon on to generate the band’s sophomore discharge, Treat Her Such as a Display Cat, which arrived in springtime 1998.
