Using their inspiration of AC/DC, Motorhead and Electric Frankenstein, Mike Motorfinger (guitar/vocals), Martin Rocket (bass) and Ryd (drums) met up The Rockets in 1997 for the intended purpose of importing much metal sound with their native Denmark. Together with the blunt energy of three chord punk, The Rockets released a small number of seven-inches the next season after their development. This includes THE 1ST Trip EP, Voltage Demons and Electric powered Superinvention. The next 12 months, The Rockets added the Ants IN MY OWN Trousers and Stardust Rider seven-inch with their catalog.
