The Republic Tigers

Hailing from Kansas City, MO, the Republic Tigers spike their lushly orchestrated indie rock and roll with organic and man made components. Co-founder Kenn Jankowski originally relocated to Kansas Town in 1999 and started playing acoustic guitar for individuals, a music group that later on transformed its name towards the Golden Republic. He also produced fast close friends with regional musician Adam McGill, so when Golden Republic disbanded seven years later on, both multi-instrumentalists opted to release their personal pop-based project. Acquiring their name from Jankowski’s senior high school mascot, the Republic Tigers extended their lineup with guitarist/pianist Ryan Pinkston, bassist Marc Pepperman, and drummer Justin Tricomi. Digital structures started playing a significant role within their music, as well as the music group released a self-released EP in past due 2007 before placing the finishing details on Maintain Color, which found its way to 2008 on Chop Home Records.
