Hershey, Pennsylvania alternate pop music group the Sea Blue were created in 1987 by vocalist/guitarist David Schelzel, keyboardist Steve Lau, and bassist Bobby Mittan, longtime schoolmates who distributed an devotion for university radio favorites including U2, Echo & the Bunnymen, the Smiths, and R.E.M.
