Formiga

Composer, arranger, and orchestrator of large assets, Formiga dedicates himself both to popular and classical music. His function in the styles of frevo and maracatu, regardless of too little national reputation for most of these regional productions, provides its importance verified within Brazilian lifestyle. Formiga gained the 1965-1968, 1971, and 1978 annual contests marketed by Recife’s mayoralty in the maracatu category. From 1970 to 1977, he was the conductor from the Banda Municipal perform Recife.
