Upon their formation in 1998, the Brazilian-based 4Track Valsa has taken on the pop of Stereolab-inspired indie and bossa nova upbringing. After liberating a small number of demos which were sung in British and Portuguese, the resolved lineup of Cecília (vocals), Christiano (keyboards/acoustic guitar), Fátima (acoustic guitar), Júlio (bass), and Juninho (drums) singed with Japan’s Motorway Information and released their 1st self-titled EP in 2000.
