The Inner Banks

Composer and banjo participant David Gould (from the Bootleg Treatment) and vocalist/songwriter Caroline Schutz (of Folksongs for the Afterlife) married in 2004 and formed the atmospheric rock and roll duo the Inner Banking institutions being a home-recording task in Brooklyn, NY, in 2005. Those recordings started to feature additional guest music artists, and by enough time the debut recording The Inner Banking institutions premiered by DAG! Information on Dec 5, 2006, in addition, it presented Greta Gertler (vocals), Amie Margoles (French horn), Colin Brigstocke (trumpet), Yusuke Yamamoto (vibraphone/Wurlitzer), Michael Stop (cello), Sarah Crocker (violin), Noah Geller (violin), and many members from the Bootleg Treatment: Michael Gomez (lap metal), Dave Yantorno (acoustic guitar), Jim Mansfield (drums), and Doug Largent (upright bass).
