Sebastián de Vivanco

Vivanco served while master from the chapel in Segovia Cathedral from 1576 for quite some time. He wished to provide in Avila which he could perform from 1588 until 1602 when he visited Salamanca Cathedral. Vivanco made up around fifty motets aswell as eighteen Magnificat configurations. Ten motets released in “Antologia polifonica sacra” aswell as the magnificats demonstrate Vivanco to have already been an hallmark composer.
