Certainly the first choice from the metal/decibel comedy scene, beret-wearing Kinison had an up-and-down career suffering from many personal problems. The previous preacher was frequently funny, but he was simply as often from the tag, as his albums demonstrate. He’s certainly an acquired flavor, to say minimal. With his unexpected death, he hardly ever seemed to actually reach his potential.
