Rapper Qua Billz was created Quadir Ali Selby in Newark, NJ; after starting his rhyming profession at age group 12, he released his debut one “Can’t THE THING IS” in middle-1999, followed afterwards that year with the full-length Glama Globe. Kroo’se Fik’shen made an appearance two years afterwards.
