Procedure Club

Writing a fondness for the noisy shoegazers and tender C-86 artists, Adam Malec and Andrea Belair produced Procedure Golf club in New Haven, CT in December of 2007. After self-releasing a restricted operate of CD-Rs and cassettes — lo-fi bedroom recordings of bass, drum devices, and electric guitar fuzz, all topped with Andrea’s special, airy vocals — the duo submitted a free-to-download record on BEKO DSL and a 7” entitled Slut Fossil on Sixteen Tambourines. This year 2010, the duo was agreed upon to Slumberland Information (house of similar-minded performers Pains to be Pure in mind, Black Tambourine, as well as the Lodger) and Malec and Belair began laying the groundwork because of their first official record.
