Pear of Pied Pumkin

Guitarist Joe Mock and dulcimer participant Rick Scott formed the folk group Pear of Pied Pumkin in the past due ’60s. The duo released albums independently Squash label, you start with Pied Pumpkin String Outfit in 1975, and adopted the next yr by Pied Pumpkin Allah Setting. A self-titled LP premiered in 1977, and Pied Pear made an appearance three years later on. In 1989, the duo released The Shed Squash Tapes. Vocalist Shari Ulrich used Mock and Scott through the mid-’70s.
