Guitarist Paul Nelson’s skills have helped form quite an extraordinary resumé. After going to Berklee University of Music (he was among future acoustic guitar hero Steve Vai’s 1st college students there), Nelson used the group Liege Lord, issuing a set of albums, Burn off to My Contact and Expert Control. He’s also auditioned for slot machines in such renowned organizations as Ozzy Osbourne, Slaughter, Dio, and Anthrax, penned his personal instructional column in a number of different guitar magazines, aswell as made an appearance on several radio and Television spots. Furthermore to session function for other performers, Nelson released his initial solo recording in 2001, the all-instrumental Appear (within the Orchard label).
