Cuban-American singer/songwriter Nil Lara spent the majority of his childhood in Venezuela, where he discovered both British and Spanish while attending an area institute called Washington Academy. Furthermore, a small electric guitar referred to as cuatro became his main inspiration to try world music. Back the U.S., the School of Miami allowed him to accomplish analysis on Cuban-related designs such as kid and guajira. Nil Lara, kid of the talented pianist who didn’t pursue a specialist career, began playing locally alongside Haitian and Cuban music artists. He was fascinating along with his melodic vocals and lyrics which were predicated on personal encounters. After debuting with My First Kid, a self-titled record implemented in 1996.
