Electro-pop duo Fresh Look walk the line between previous and long term, combining a love for analog tools with a managed, confident method of songwriting. Made up of vocalist/synth participant Sarah Ruba (who also functions as a model) and her spouse, maker and multi-instrumentalist Adam Pavao, they started collaborating collectively after interacting with in Toronto in 2005. A yr later, after documenting some demo paths, the set relocated to Brooklyn to become closer to the style industry, got wedded, setup a studio room, and documented their debut EP, How’s My Locks? Their minimalist audio, innovative synergy, and fashion-forward personal design gained them an evergrowing following over another two years, if they began focusing on their 1st full-length. Recorded during the period of 3 years in Berlin, Brooklyn, and Hamilton, Ontario — with a while taken time away this year 2010 to go to Berlin and lastly, Toronto, aswell as continue tour using the xx — their self-titled record came on !K7 in fall 2011.
