Nancy Marano

Raised within a musical family (her pops was a pianist and her mother a singer), jazz vocalist Nancy Marano began monitoring music young. First studying traditional piano with her dad, then using a instructor from Juilliard, Marano ultimately started developing her tone of voice as well, motivated by such renowned vocalists as Carmen McRae, Nancy Wilson, and Doris Time.
