Miss Fortune

Founded by Eddie Cano and Mikey Sawyer following the set parted ways using their respective rings (Cano from Scarlett O’Hara and Sawyer from Close Your Eye) in 2012, Miss Fortune certainly are a post-hardcore group who incorporate components of plaintive emo and generating metalcore to their emotional sound. After rounding out the band’s lineup with guitarists Josh Kikta and Harley Graves, bassist Ian Marchionda, and drummer Jason Connolly, they parted methods with Cano, who was simply handling severe vocal responsibilities, after deciding to consider their audio in a far more melodic path. With Sawyer managing the vocals himself, the band’s appear began to consider main, and in 2013 they discovered themselves announcing that they’d authorized on with Sumerian Information. Their full-length debut, A Spark to trust In, appeared around the label in 2014.
