Mike Bradford

A behind-the-scenes participant on a number of major-label recordings, Michael Bradford built an extended and productive profession in the music business along with his abilities while an engineer, arranger, mixing machine, maker, percussion programmer, and multi-instrumentalist. Bradford was raised in the Detroit region and started his career like a bassist, playing on regional classes and touring with jazz and R&B performers like Earl Klugh and Anita Baker. Of these formative years, Bradford also started studying the technical part of earning music, honing his abilities as an engineer and maker. By enough time the ’90s rolled around, Bradford experienced moved to LA, where he discovered are a program musician and drum programmer; he added to albums by famous brands Keith Washington, Anita Baker, and Madonna, and started collaborating with composer Paul Buckmaster. Bradford also managed his ties towards the Detroit region, manning the planks for the brand new Radicals, Kid Rock and roll (with whom he toured in 1999-2000), and specifically Uncle Kracker, whose debut recording Two times Wide also presented many Bradford co-writing credits. Like a documenting designer, Bradford released a unitary beneath the alias Chunky Design, the danceclub strike “Expansions” (a cover of the tune by jazz organist Lonnie Liston Smith). Among additional produces, Bradford also added greatly to dance-pop group Pure Sugar’s 1998 self-titled debut, Run-D.M.C.’s 1999 return Crown Royal, and many film soundtracks.
