Hawaii’s Meleana Dark brown, aka Meleana, can be an emotive pop, jazz, gospel, and R&B-influenced vocalist who have initial found the public’s interest being a contestant for the initial period of ABC’s performing competition Duets. Elevated in Hawaii and Japan, where her family members spent many years, Meleana was raised within a multicultural home using a father who’s African-American, Portuguese, and Hawaiian and a mom who’s Filipino and Spanish. Thinking about music from a age, she initial began performing with her family members at cathedral in Oahu. While in Japan, she became a member of her family’s Hawaiian musical group and started performing at regional venues. After time for Hawaii with her family members, Meleana continued to execute and obtained early publicity in her teenagers among the best 12 finalists for the locally televised performing competition Hawaii Superstars in 2003. Following that, she gained high-profile gigs including starting for Bruno Mars and showing up on such displays as North Shoreline and Shed. After shifting to LA, Meleana effectively auditioned for the debut period of ABC’s performing competition Duets in 2012. During her period on the present, she performed with Grammy-winning musician John Tale and ultimately completed in seventh place. In 2016, Meleana released her debut single album, White Wall space, on Dream Information.
