The longtime drummer for punk trailblazers the Ramones, Marky Ramone was created Marc Bell in NEW YORK on July 15, 1956. An alumnus from the past due-’60s music group Dirt, in 1977 he resurfaced as an associate of Richard Hell & the Voidoids on the classic Blank Era album. Bell became a member of the Ramones with time to record 1978’s Street to Ruin, implementing the name Marky Ramone; he continuing using the group through 1983, time for the lineup four years afterwards and remaining over the roster until they disbanded in 1996. Following Ramones’ break up, Marky formed a fresh music group, the Intruders, launching the album Response to Your Complications? in middle-1999. In 2000, Ramone toured European countries using the Belgian punk music group the Buckweeds, and afterwards documented and performed live with the Quickness Kings, led by previous Buckweeds frontman Nick “CQ” Cooper. In 2002, Ramone agreed upon to tour as drummer with horror rock and roll legends the Misfits. The two-CD Start of Century made an appearance in 2006 with one disk of new materials and one disk of Ramones classics redone.
