Hardcore rap collective Mafia K’1 Fry’s sprawling roster featured a few of the most respected brands in contemporary France hip-hop. Shaped in Val-de-Marne in 1995 and originally dubbed L’Union, the group was spearheaded by Ideal J head Kery James and various Teep frontman Manu Crucial; the lineup (which occasionally swelled to as much as 16) also included rapper Rohff and everything three members from the trio 113, Rim-K, AP, and Mokobé.
