John “Poli” Palmer

Poli Palmer was an integral player in the initial sound of Uk rockers Family even though he was together for five albums. John Michael Palmer (nicknamed Poli) was a drummer who found vibraphone on the way. He got his begin playing within the proto-Traffic groupings the Hellions and Deep Sense, that have been Midland’s rings led by Dave Mason and Jim Capaldi.
