Vocalist/songwriter Jill Olson initial emerged as an associate from the folk-pop trio the Stouthearted, accompanied by a tenure within the Bay Region band the CELEBRITIES. Following a stint playing bass in John Wesley Harding’s back-up band, Olson released her single debut The Gal WHO Be Ruler in 1996 in the eggBERT label.
