Jai Paul

Electro-soul soloist Jai Paul strike the scene this year 2010 using the slick one “BTSTU.” Sounding like London’s response to Dâm-Funk with an achingly sung “Don’t fuck beside me” connect more than a synth-heavy, bubbling defeat, the song captured the interest of several brands, including Polydor and Warp. A bidding battle ensued, but eventually, Paul thought we would indication with XL Information on the year’s end, and his debut EP was slated for early 2011.
