Original Dark Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler had wished to go on a single recording career since back the ’80s, however the opportunity — and moreover, the right band of musicians — was never provided towards the godfather of most rock bassists until 1995 when the musician released Plastic material Planet about TVT Records beneath the moniker of GZR.
