Nominally a quartet of dentists (with one still a dental student), the vocal group Greeeen began recording while almost all were students at a dental school in Fukushima, a few hours from Tokyo simply by train. Having a audio pretty common to man vocal pop organizations in Japan (and Korea), the group offers stuck mainly to pretty tame pop ballads since their debut sole, “Michi,” which strike the very best 40 for the Oricon graphs. After some extra singles, the group released a debut full-length recording in June of 2007, A Domo Hajimemashite, which offered 130,000 copies in its 1st week and quickly found the quantity two slot for the Oricon graphs.
