Dutch death-metal music group God Dethroned was shaped in 1991 by vocalist Henri Sattler with many friends (credited just seeing that M. Beukeveld, M. Arends, and A. Dijkstra); they documented a demonstration and got the chance release a an recording on the tiny German label Shark in 1992.
