Gloria Lasso

b. Rosa María Coscolin, 1 November 1922, Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain, d. 4 Dec 2005, Cuernavaca, Mexico. Performing from child years, Lasso attained substantial popularity within the 50s, operating chiefly in France. Her information sold well, included in this ‘Amour’, ‘Castagnettes Et Tango’, ‘Etranger Au Paradis’, ‘Padre’, ‘Buenas Noches Mi Amor’ and ‘Bon Voyage’. Overtaken in recognition by Dalida, Lasso relocated to Mexico where she obtained a fresh and enthusiastic pursuing. She made an appearance on television, occasionally in performance and in addition in episode series. In 1985 Lasso came back to France for an appearance in the Olympia Theater in Paris. She continuing to execute into her eighties, producing her last general public appearance within the month before her loss of life. Lasso was wedded six occasions and on her behalf loss of life was survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
