Located in Houston’s notorious 5th Ward and provided support from the equally notorious Rap-a-Lot/Noo Trybe steady (Geto Boys, Facemob, Perform or Pass away), the duo of Tonya and Trementhia Jupiter shaped Ghetto Twiinz and released their debut album, Encircled by Criminals, in 1996. FOR THE REASON THAT Water followed twelve months later on, and in 1998 the duo came back with No Discomfort No Gain. FIRST GOT IT on My Brain made an appearance in early 2001.
