A project released in 2003 by producer and DJ Chris Alfaro, Free of charge the Robots is sample-heavy, left-field hip-hop work in the spirit of Soaring Lotus and Daedelus. The task produced its debut in 2005 using the self-released LP Prototype, and Alpha Puppy Information released his sophomore recording, Ctrl Alt Del, this year 2010. Alfaro after that came back to his personal name, dealing with functions like Busdriver and Glitch Mob, and Totally free the Robots came back using the 2013 recording THE TOTAL AMOUNT. In 2015, he teamed with Hieroglyphics and Souls of Mischief MC Opio for the recording Sempervirens.
