Frank Cheatham Jr. offers successfully well balanced his spiritual dedication and his like and mastery of music. A experienced composer, maker, and program keyboardist/bassist, he released his debut recording, Basic Keys alive, in 2001. Cheatham is constantly on the serve as movie director of music at Support Olivet Baptist Chapel in Richmond, VA. Music offers played a significant part throughout Cheatham’s existence. At age three, he received a plaything body organ as a Xmas present. A year or two later on, he advanced towards the Hammond B3 body organ that his dad had bought for the house. After studying traditional piano for seven years and understanding how to play saxophone in college, Cheatham received a bass acoustic guitar as something special from his parents. Teaching himself to try out along with tunes on the air, he soon perfected the four-stringed device. At age 16, he bought a Hofner accuracy bass. Although he continuing to try out piano in chapel and with regional bands, Cheatham place the bass down for quite some time. He started to play it once again after hearing the innovative bass playing of Victor Wooten, Jaco Pastorius, and Marcus Miller.
