Fox

This UK band was formed within the mid-70s and comprised Noosha Fox (lead vocals), Herbie Armstrong (guitar, vocals, ex-duo partner to Rod Demick), Kenny Young (guitar, vocals), Jim Gannon (guitar, vocals, ex-Black Widow), plus session musicians Pete Solley (keyboards, vocals), Jim Frank (drums) and Gary Taylor (bass). They obtained three UK strikes around the GTO label with ‘Just You Can’ (#3 3, 1975), ‘Think about Me, Think about You’ (quantity 15, 1975) and ‘S-S-S-Single Bed’ (#4 4, 1976) – a work of strikes that gained Fox a UK Top 10 album. Regardless of the music group’s musical qualifications, their reputation centred mainly across the sexily-voiced Noosha Fox, who afterwards left the music group in 1977 to pursue a single career. The only real notable revenue for Noosha out of this move nevertheless, was the accomplishment of the UK Best 40 one, ‘Georgina Bailey’. The music group soldiered on for just one more record, Blue Resort, which flopped, leading to them splitting shortly soon after. Herbie Armstrong and Kenny Youthful went on to create the briefly effective Yellow Pet dog in 1977. Armstrong afterwards engaged in single performances and caused Truck Morrison from 1978-82, showing up on Wavelength, IN TO THE Music, Common One and Gorgeous Vision. Never to be baffled with the past due 60s UK psych music group of the same name.
