Evren Ozan

Only 12 years of age when he was named a Davidson Fellow in Music from the Davidson Institute for Talent Development, California’s Evren Ozan is a Native American flute prodigy who found out the instrument while on holiday along with his family. He was just six when he spent weeks of his allowance around the device at a music store close to the Grand Canyon. He previously just managed to get to age seven when his 2001 recording, Images of Winter season, premiered — and by the finish of that 12 months he would be considered a presented performer in the Local American Music Honours. The award display would nominate his 2003 recording, As Things COULD POSSIBLY BE, in both Greatest Instrumental and Greatest New Age groups. The southern California resident continues to be presented in Country wide Geographic’s World publication and THE BRAND NEW Age group Journal, and offers toured the U.S. and European countries.
