Elana Stone

Elana Rock began her music career in the early age of 14 while their studies at the Newtown College of Executing Arts. As an adolescent she busked in department stores and performed at weddings, pub mitzvahs, and publication launches sponsored by her college, subsequently going to the Canberra College of Jazz where she gained a Bachelor of Music. There she fulfilled many of the music artists she’d perform with in old age. She created her personal group, the Elana Rock Quartet (occasionally a quintet, with regards to the lineup), and for some time fronted an 18-piece golf swing group known as the Rhino Manufacturing plant. In 2004 she received a Musicoz Honor for Greatest Jazz Artist, and in 2005 received a Country wide Jazz Award in the Wangaratta Jazz Event. That resulted in performing using the Kitty Empire on tour and signing up for Jackson Jackson’s support choir, the Jackson Jackson 5. At exactly the same time she released her very own debut record, In your garden of Wild Stuff. A year afterwards she started focusing on a second record with her quartet, today the Elana Rock Music group, but their function was disrupted with a Western european tour, Stone’s short-lived move from Sydney to Melbourne, a break up between two associates of the music group, and a married relationship between two others. The original batch of music was scrapped and function began on a totally new album, that was ultimately released in ’09 2009 as Your Anniversary. That calendar year she also became a member of her sibling, Jake Stone from the music group Bluejuice, to execute being a duo known as the Break-Up; neither of their rings broke up, nevertheless.
