Dusty Trails

Cinematic pop duo Dusty Trails teamed previous Luscious Jackson keyboardist Vivian Trimble and onetime Breeders bassist Josephine Wiggs. Both first fulfilled in 1993, when Luscious Jackson backed the Breeders on the European tour; 2 yrs afterwards, when Trimble teamed with bandmate Jill Cunniff in the medial side task Kostars, the duo tapped Wiggs to create their debut record, Klassics using a K. While Wiggs continued release a a single record, 1996’s Bon Bon Lifestyle, Trimble continued to be with Luscious Jackson until departing the group in the springtime of 1998; Dusty Paths was created out of their shared admiration for traditional movie soundtracks, using the task marking Trimble’s debut as business lead vocalist. The duo’s self-titled initial LP implemented in 2000; that same season, Dusty Paths also obtained the Brad Anderson film Content Accidents.
