Among Slovakia’s most successful rock bands (but still but a blip for the international radar), Depresy released a quartet of quite competent, gothic loss of life steel albums — 1995’s …AND Came the Tears of Christ, 1998’s A Grand Magnificence, 1999’s Sightings, and 2003’s Psychomantium Sensation — before disbanding with small fanfare in the first 2000s.
