Existing as Yellow Fever between 2008 and 2012, the Austin, Tx duo of Jennifer Moore and Adam Jones transformed their music group name to Deep Amount of time in early 2012 if they arrived to a legal concern with somebody already claiming privileges towards the name. The name switch offered the set something of the rebirth, as Yellowish Fever had transformed members several times and been sluggish to remove, despite regular touring and a reliable stream of small releases. Deep Period tweaked the audio Yellow Fever experienced established only somewhat, lending more advanced rhythms and repetitive hooks towards the minimal pop design template that had educated their earlier function. The band’s self-titled debut recording arrived in the summertime of 2012 on Sub Pop subsidiary Barely Art.
