In 1999, the Harrisburg, PA-based band the Stump Wizards asked Deniz Tek, former leader from the pioneering Australian punk band Radio Birdman, to create their third album, to become entitled Contains Lead. Tek recognized their invitation, even though tensions inside the Stump Wizards avoided their own record from developing, guitarist Jack port Chiara and drummer Clyde McGeary strike it off with Tek, and during downtime through the periods the three started working up tracks of their very own which blended components of punk, hard rock and roll, and power pop.
