Dalton

Beneath the name Dalton, singer/songwriter Nate Harar creates sincere, subtly eclectic indie rock and roll that features tough instrumentation and hazy creation, but is emotionally direct. Originally from Washington, D.C., Harar shifted to Brooklyn and gigged about NEW YORK within the music group Sugars It’s Eli. Following the group’s separation in the first 2010s, Harar started the solo task Dalton for his bedroom-recorded Substitutes/Dinosaur Jr.-influenced songs. In 2012 Dalton released a self-titled EP that fascinated attention from many music sites. Harar relocated to LA and continuing to focus on composing tracks for his debut recording. In Stereo Information released Dalton’s solitary “Only Titles” by the end of 2014, and Dalton’s self-titled full-length debut came on Fierce Panda Information in early 2015.
