Casper

German rap musician Casper, given birth to Benjamin Griffey in the community of Bosingfeld, spent his formative years abroad with his mom in Augusta, Georgia. It had been there, amid a fertile, American hard rock and roll, rap, and hip-hop picture, that he begun to develop a skill for rhyming. He transferred back again to Germany as a teenager and produced a metalcore music group, A Fear Known as Treason, before making a decision release a a single mixtape known as Die Welt Hört Mich in 2006. His debut record, Hin Zur Sonne, found its way to 2008, accompanied by XOXO in 2011. XOXO proceeded to go silver in Germany and in 2012, Casper gained the ECHO prize for greatest Hip-hop/Urban record. He released his follow-up, Hinterland, in 2013.
