Blue Diamond Shine

Using its name heavily influenced by Canadian country-rock band Blue Rodeo and its own song “Diamond Mine,” Blue Diamond Sparkle formed in Austin, TX, in the late ’90s. After carrying out through the entire Austin circuit, the music group entered the studio room in 1998 to record its debut recording. The self-titled debut recording in 1999 drew immediate evaluations to Wilco, Gram Parsons, the Aged 97s, and Waylon Jennings, amongst others. The album’s nation and rock and roll sound also earn compliment among Austin-area critics. In 2002, the group released That God Forsaken Street on Entwine Information. The group offers toured through the entire United States and it has performed at numerous music market showcases.
