Biography
This band was assembled by former Balance / Alice Cooper / Meats Loaf guitarist Bob Kulick, using a line-up of former Quiet Riot members Chuck Wright (bass, ex-House Of Lords), Frankie Banali (drums, ex-W.A.S.P. ) and Jimmy Waldo (keyboards, ex-Alcatrazz), alongside previous Rainbow / MSG /Alcatrazz vocalist Graham Bonnet. This experienced team undoubtedly fascinated the supergroup label, but they had been keen to try out straight down their collective previous to permit the band to become judged alone merits, rather than be looked at as only a short-term task. The Kulick-produced Afterlife noticed the band disregard developments and play within a traditional hard rock design, with Kulick’s effective electric guitar lines adding significant weight to large, yet accessible, materials that included a reworking from the Rainbow strike, ‘All Night Longer’ (Bonnet sensed that the initial edition was ‘not really as heavy since it must have been’).
