Annie Gallup

Vocalist/songwriter Annie Gallup focuses on the modern folk genre. Hailing from Seattle, WA, Gallup trained herself how exactly to play electric guitar as an adolescent, influenced by famous brands Doc Watson, Mississippi John Harm, and Dave Truck Ronk, as she honed her fingerpicking playing design. She soon started penning her very own compositions, equally inspired by music artists (Paul Simon), in addition to writers (Margaret Atwood, Joan Didion), as she started performing locally before crowds in 1988.
