András Ligeti

András Ligeti has generated an international popularity both being a violinist and conductor. Delivered in 1953 in Pecs, Hungary, he researched violin and performing at Budapest’s Franz Liszt Academy. Rigtht after his graduation in 1977, he was appointed both concert get good at and conductor from the Hungarian Condition Opera, positions he kept until 1985. Then became associate conductor from the Budapest Symphony Orchestra and in 1997 he was appointed music movie director from the Hungarian Symphony Orchestra. He recognized the positioning of music movie director from the Taipei Symphony Orchestra in 2005. Ligeti spent some time working consistently being a visitor conductor with both orchestras and opera homes, including Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the BBC Philharmonic, the Dresden Philharmonic, the Mahler Youngsters Orchestra, the Berlin Radio Symphony, the Israel Philharmonic, Academia Santa Cecilia, Opera North, as well as the Perth Celebration. He has documented extensively, particularly concentrating on Hungarian music and modern music.
