Alliance

This short-lived, American melodic rock quintet was formed in 1980 from the talented vocalist Tag Bucchare, with guitarist Pat Hands, keyboard player Tag Heckert, bass player Bradley Davidson and drummer David Pridemore completing the line-up. Their music was seen as a note-perfect harmonies, razor-sharp plans and understated acoustic guitar function. Their self-titled debut, nevertheless, lacked both image and actual direction essential to elevate them above the many additional Styx / Kansas / Trip clones around at that time. Disillusioned by having less acknowledgement and label support, they disbanded the next year.
