Alexander Robotnick

The alias of jazz keyboard player and vocalist Maurizio Dami, Alexander Robotnick existed for quite some time during the middle-’80s as an Italian synth-pop/disco crossover for the Italian label Materiali Sonori. Robotnick liked a healthy group of fans far beyond European countries, however, as a large number of transfer copies from the solitary “Problèmes d’Amour” finished up influencing many later on home and techno pioneers in Chicago and Detroit.
