Billy Taylor, Jr.

Billy Taylor Jr. was the boy of bass participant Billy Taylor Sr., and was also a bass participant, though much less well noted. He was an associate of the home band on the Howard Movie theater in Washington, D.C., among the first main locations to feature dark entertainers, through the mid-’50s towards the mid-’60s. From then on, he used several bands regional towards the Washington, D.C., region, appearing mainly in supper night clubs, while maintaining each day job doing work for the Division of the inside. Billy Taylor Jr. exceeded way in Feb of 1977.
